Here at the Penhurst Group we are seeking a new Business Centre Administrator to join our team at one of our Kent based centres in Tunbridge Wells. (Maternity leave replacement contract). The role will consist of handling incoming calls and post, Social Media administration, assisting the Business Centre Manager with the day to day running of the centre and general administration for both the Penhurst Group & our tenants.

We are looking for someone happy with a customer facing role, as front of house you will be the welcoming face of the centre and first point of contact for our tenants and visitors.

As a Business Centre Administrator you will be responsible for:

- General administration duties
- Supporting with the upkeep of the building
- Setting up and maintaining the meeting rooms
- Supporting the centre manager in their duties
- Social media administration

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following attributes:

- Confident and polite
- Able to work in an ever changing busy environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
