THE ROLE

We’re looking for a brilliant Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a Fixed Term Contract, initially for 6 months (with the potential of extension of a permanent role thereafter). Our TAPs operate as trusted partners - working with the best talent and people leaders to help turn our clients’ talent functions into strategic drivers of business. Your first role will be at one of Caraffi's longest standing, and most important, clients. You would work at our clients offices in Hemel Hempstead 2 days per week and remotely 3 days a week.

The right person will help our clients find brilliant talent in their commercial department - that covers sales and marketing, supply chain, FMCG and various other corporate roles, so several years of experience in these areas would be ideal.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

- A personable, articulate communicator who builds relationships with people easily
- Experienced recruiting in the areas listed above, ideally in a FMCG environment
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders up to C-Suite and Director level, representing Caraffi in a professional manner
- Experienced working in a data driven environment
- Used to working with ATS/CRM systems
- Experienced at finding excellent talent in difficult, niche markets
- A LinkedIn Recruiter superuser
