**About Our Client**:
My client is a well known financial services organisation based in Castle Vale, Birmingham who are looking for an Office Administrator.
- Book any required travel and accommodation for Directors.
- General office duties such as, scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Order any required IT equipment.
- Book any required travel and accommodation for Directors.
- General office duties such as, scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Answering telephones.
- Manage and update ISO 9001 documentation, and host regular audits ensuring required actions are followed through.
- Complete H&S PQQs as and when required.
- Manage correct documentation for apprentices.
- Monitor and order ECS cards for all operatives.
- Manage company vehicles, including servicing, breakdown cover, end of lease requirements and accident repair.
- Ensure all staff inductions are carried out to required standard, and all necessary paperwork is in order.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Must have good organisation skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Must have a good telephone manner and be comfortable using the telephone.
- Able to work on ones own initiative.
- Must be organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Can commute to Castle Vale, Birmingham.
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator.
