**Job Description**:
Engineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy. We are on our way to creating the leading end to end movement solution in the UK for our customers (such as Hertz and The AA), delivered by our network of 600+ drivers and transport agents across the UK.

We went live in April 2018. Since then, we have acquired over 80 clients, many of which can claim to be amongst the largest players in the UK automotive industry. We are already one of the largest competitors in our space but have ambitions to grow much further.

And we can see our hard work paying off, so much so that we are very proud to have received four high-profile awards so far, including the best fleet service software product at the Business Car Awards, and the fleet management innovation award at the Company Car Today Innovation Awards
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join our Service delivery team in Birmingham, you will be reporting directly to our Administration Lead.
We are looking for an individual with high attention to detail and enthusiasm for what Engineius is trying to achieve.
Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

- Verifying driver’s expenses such as fuel, tolls, travel etc by reviewing the evidence submitted against the details of the job.
- Administering the bookings process for our larger, bespoke customers - liaising with third parties to find a date that works for everyone and booking the moves onto our internal portal.
- The Administrator will liaising with other departments in the business to achieve positive results.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
- Providing input on ideas to update and improve processes in order to help the business function efficiently as it continues to grow.
- Utilising Microsoft Office and Airtable, as well as internal systems

- Confident picking up new systems and processes, with an enjoyment of organisational tasks
- We are flexible on prior experience, but it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate a proven record of:

- Business Administration.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex processes.

Administrator - What You Can Expect:

- Normal working hours will be 40 hours per week.
- Hours will be either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch
- Working location - 37 Temple Street, Somerset House, Birmingham, B2 5DP. Free access to the gym, showers, cereal, and hot drinks
