This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator, specialising in events management to join a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced camera robotics and game-changing virtual technologies for film, TV, and live broadcast. At Mo-Sys, we organise exhibitions to showcase our innovative technology. As our Events Project Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate and execute these special industry events from concept through to successful deployment.

You’ll work directly with our visionary CEO, who is the drive behind product concepts and innovations. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating the flawless preparation and execution of all events and tradeshows, collaborating seamlessly across departments to ensure timely planning, impeccable delivery, and a presence that consistently exceeds the high standards expected by our valued clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Responsible for end-to-end event execution; identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
- Establish contacts, developing schedules and delegating assignments where appropriate.
- Secure and register vendors, working with them to plan event setup, as well as booth requirements.
- Plan and allocate annual event, exhibition and trade show budgets.
- Collaborate with sponsors, guests and other departments, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality presentations.
- Coordinate product kit lists, ensuring all equipment had been accounted for, including necessary cabling and accessories.
- Ensure that all products have been tried and tested ahead of time.
- Logistics management, such as travel and accommodation, administration and bookings. Coordinate requirements such as; security, insurance, equipment rentals, shipments and catering services.
- Manage any challenges as and when they arise during and prior to events.
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to during events.
- Manage memberships and subscriptions.
- Liaise with our partners, building relationships and negotiating contracts.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelors’ degree in Project Management or similar.
- Genuine curiosity for Virtual Production, with a passion for relevant technologies, a B2B background in this space is preferred.
- A willingness to learn and understand our unique technology and workflows.
- Prior experience as a Trade Show Coordinator or similar, preferably within the film, TV or broadcast industry.
- Experience of delivering industry events (such as IBC, NAB, ISE, MPTS) would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
- Highly charismatic and engaging.
- Experienced in managing budgets and tracking financial deliverables.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to shift priorities and adapt to change at the drop of a hat, remaining calm under pressure, always prioritising customer experience.
- An ambitious self-starter who can confidently work independently.
- Ability to travel and occasionally work longer hours (for example evenings / weekends ahead of / during NAB in Las Vegas, Cinegear in LA, IBC in Amsterdam, shows in Asia, etc.)

**Interview Process**:
Our interviews are quite informal and conversational and generally are carried out over a 3-stage process. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you’ll be invited to complete a short Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment. I would not leave this bit where it’s not required, just for Assembly and Software guys. Depending on the position, you may also be requested to undertake a technical assessment. The final stage normally involves a visit at the office and meeting with senior members of the management team.
