**The role**
This is an exciting new role in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ Marketing and Recruitment Team, that manage the student recruitment cycle for the Faculty across four Schools.

This role will coordinate Faculty contribution to university-wide UG and PG student recruitment events (Open Days, Applicant Days and other recruitment related events) including planning, delivery, evaluation and reporting.

They will scope, plan, develop, and deliver Faculty outreach activities to raise awareness and convert interest through events, visits, lectures etc. for schools and colleges.

They will work closely with the Faculty Marketing and Recruitment Manager and in partnership with other teams in the faculty and wider university to ensure successful marketing and support ways to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in output delivery.

**Your profile**

You will have great people skills and know how to provide excellent customer service as well as being a supportive colleague and team player. The role requires a high level of flexibility, experience of anticipating problems and identifying potential solutions, and the ability to prioritise, escalate and manage your own workload.

You will have strong organisation, project management to coordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously across a number of stakeholders and be comfortable making decisions to meet objectives.

We’re looking for someone to contribute fresh ideas and creativity with excellent copywriting and visual skills to deliver engaging content that suits our audiences.

You’ll have attention to detail and be able to analyse and evaluate data to make effective recommendations and provide reports.
