**About the role**:

We are looking to appoint a Raising Achievement Officer (Administrator) who works within an educational setting. You will have a high level of personal drive and energy to be able to contribute to improving standards for students in the school.

**About you**:
This is a senior supervisory administrative role within the school. Their primary role will be working directly with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and will be the key point of contact for all external agencies that the school works with.

A Raising Achievement Officer (Administrator) plays a vital role ensuring that there is a key point of contact for external agencies. They will coordinate internal and external meetings to discuss safeguarding issues.

The Raising Achievement Officer (Administrator) will also line manage the RAO team and their deployment. They will also be responsible for the management of supervision for the wider RAO team.
