We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Coordinator to provide and promote a professional sales and lettings service for new homes, ensuring that customer aspirations and business objectives are met.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Be responsible for a portfolio of properties, ensuring that sales and lets are achieved efficiently and in accordance with policies and procedures
- Lead in the commissioning of sales offices and show homes
- Deal with customer requests for information and maximise opportunities to engage with potential purchasers in line with agreed service level agreements
- Manage leads from various sources, arrange property viewings, assess eligibility and qualify applicants following an affordability assessment
- Progress leads through to reservation / referencing and legal instruction / sign up
- Ensure all marketing literature and development pricelists are updated as required
- Carry out competitor analysis
- Ensure that unsold stock plots are maintained and standards are kept high

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have experience of working in a target driven environment
- Have experience of property sales, ideally in the new homes sector
- Have a track record in delivering services which have resulted in measurable business benefits
- Have knowledge of affordable home ownership products
- Have a proven ability to achieve sales and deliver excellent customer service
- Be a team player who is supportive of colleagues
- Be confident when presenting information
- Have the ability to inspire others and encourage motivation
- Demonstrate high levels of motivation and resilience combined with enthusiasm and commitment
