Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a Compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our retirement developments in North Wales, Liverpool, and Manchester.

As a Compassionate Care Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, administering the office, arranging contractors, and complying with health and safety checks and standards. You will also play a key role in facilitating social events, supporting the sales team with customer viewings, and liaising with various departments and external contacts.

This role requires someone who is flexible, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £36 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. You will also benefit from a subsistence allowance, annual holiday entitlement, life assurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
