We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at High Peak Residential and Nursing Home in Culcheth, Warrington. As a Care Assistant, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care to our residents, making a positive impact on their lives.
Job Duties- Deliver high-quality, individualised care to residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting resident well-being and happiness.
- Participate in leisure and social activities with residents, creating memorable experiences and strengthening relationships.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless care delivery and coordination.
