Personal Care Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Professional at Home Instead Warrington and Lymm. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to the growth of our business.
Estimated Salary: £27,300 - £30,240 per annum (based on 30 hours per week)
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a caring attitude towards others, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for providing relationship-led care for our clients, supporting their daily living needs, and promoting their overall wellbeing.
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication
- Assist with mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying
The Personal Care Professional will be responsible for:
- Visiting clients in their own homes or other settings
- Providing personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administering medication and assisting with mobility
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required to visit clients' locations
- Paid travel time and mileage at 35p per mile
