**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls from 8am-4.30pm
- Perform data entry tasks to produce draft O&M’s (training provided)
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Familiarity with software to produce document creation and management
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
