Post Completions Assistant

The main role of the Post Completions Assistant is to support the Post Completions Teams Leaders and Manager with all elements within the Post Completions Team.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Preparing files for submission to the land registry
- Chasing third parties
- Adding files to the Issue report/breach log
- Submitting OS1/OS2
- Responding to complex client updates
- Responding to complex lender updates
- Submitting files using EDRS
- Monitoring inbox
- Dealing with reports/Projects set by managers or Team Leaders
- Drafting land registry forms (RX3/RX4/UN2/UN4)
- Answering phone calls and assisting updates with difficult calls
- Any other duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise.
Essential Skills:
- At least 12 months experience in Post Completions or in a similar role
- Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Fully conversant in Microsoft office
- Highly organised
- Willingness to learn new skills

Pay: Up to £22,000.00 per year
