**Role**: Customer Service Administrator

**Location**: Stroud Office, Bath Road GL65 3TJ

**Contract**: Fixed-Term Contract for 6 months

**Hours of Work**: - Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Option to work from home for 2 days per week (3 days in the office) after training period

**The Opportunity**

This is an opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a successful and established customer services team based at our Stroud office. This team supports the Fannin UK business within the Medical Devices part of DCC Vital, which provides quality products to NHS and healthcare professionals in theatre consumable and critical care product areas.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing customer orders/ data entry
- Providing detailed administrative support
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Ad Hoc duties

**Experience & profile**:

- Customer facing experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage but not essential

**Other Details**
- Full time (Monday-Friday)
