**About the Apprenticeship**

Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study. As an apprentice you will be:

- An employee earning a wage and getting holiday pay
- Work alongside experienced staff
- Gain job-specific skills
- Get time for training and study related to your role (at least 20% of your normal working hours)

**About You**

Provide support to the Communications and Business Development Team to write and publish engaging social media content, using the framework of campaigns agreed with the Communication and Business Development Manager

Respond to requests for content changes on the charity’s website to ensure it is kept up to date. Produce materials that support service delivery, including client focused leaflets, posters and promotional material for internal and external events, working at all times within the budgets assigned for the task. Support the creation or updating of corporate material as required from time to time.

Provide support to the delivery teams in the production or refresh of materials, such as the CEIAG materials for us in schools.

Provide assistance to the running of internal and external events, including setting up stands, purchasing merchandise and offering reception support.

Collect evidence to support the submission of business awards and quality marks. Occasional administration and Reception cover, if required due to holidays, training, or sickness.
