Office Administrator

We have a new opportunity for an **Office Administrator** to join a friendly and dedicated team based in Ripon. You will be on the front line dealing with inbound calls from customers and suppliers. Working closely with multiple departmentsacross the business, the office administrator role is diverse and varied.
**As the successful Office Administrator your duties will consist of**:
- Being the first point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Inputting sales orders and filtering them to the relevant departments
- Compiling delivery notes
- Booking in orders with couriers
- Maintaining electronic files and hard copies
- Input customer invoices into the system
- Any other ad hoc duties required by the business
**Skills**:
- Experience within a busy office environment
- Computer literate using Microsoft Software
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
- Excellent telephone manner
- Understanding of Sage is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
