Office Administrator

We have a new opportunity for an Office Administrator vacancy to join our friendly dedicated office team.
TRUEfoods produce ranges of high-quality chilled stocks and sauces for retail, wholesale, high end restaurants and leisure clients across the UK, Europe and further afield.
There are systems and procedures to follow that once learned become second nature. Sage training is also provided to input customer invoices.
It is always busy, never a dull moment but also lots of fun.
You will need to be able to react quickly, think on your feet and be an effective problem solver. Your telephone manner will need to be clear, warm and helpful as you will be dealing with our varied customer base - large corporate customers to smaller independents all of whom we deliver a very personal tailored service.
A large part of the day is directed to compiling delivery notes and invoices and booking in orders with couriers and hauliers. A basic understanding of sage would be great but certainly not essential as full training will be given.
