**Recruitment Coordinator based in Swindon for Multi Academy Trust of Schools**
**Option for some working from home**
**Part time (20 hours a week)**
**Not term time only - throughout the year**
**With a view to becoming permanent**
**£10.50 p/h upwards per hour depending upon experience**
A friendly HR team who are responsible for the recruitment of staff for 5 schools within a Multi Academy Trust in Swindon, are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. If you have either HR or Recruitment experience or have worked withina school/trust previously, then this school would be keen to speak to you
This role has the potential to become permanent, the full time salaried is £24,435. You will need to either have a DBS on the update service or be prepared to have one completed on your behalf.
Here are some of the responsibilities required for this role:
- Ensuring all recruitment takes place as required in line with the Trust recruitment policy.
- Advertising vacancies on Eteach, Indeed and other sites as appropriate
- Organising interview days and ensuring these are carried out effectively.
- Ensuring that all new staff are fully safeguarded in line with our internal and statutory responsibilities.
- Carrying out appropriate right to works check to ensure statutory compliance
- With the HR/Payroll Administrator, processing and issuing offer and contract paperwork
- Liaising with the HR Manager to ensure grades and other aspects of employment are correct and consistent with what is being applied across the Trust.
- With the HR/Payroll Administrator, carrying out onboarding using the Edupay system.
- Passing the required information to schools to ensure new staff are recorded on the Single Central Record.
- Ensuring staff have the benefit of local and Trust induction.
- Ensuring that staff have read all required policies and carried out required training such as Child Protection and Fire Safety.
- With the HR/Payroll Administrator, ensuring that all new staff are registered for platforms such as staff benefits and training/appraisal portals.
- Ensuring that the Trust HR Manager is kept up to date with current activities, particularly where there may be areas of risk for the Trust.
- Maintaining individual staff records on the MAT Information Management System (currently Arbor).
- All other duties which ensure safe and effective recruitment.
