**PE Global is currently recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator for a 9-month contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in Swindon.**

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the hiring process.
- Research and build talent pools for current and future roles, providing support for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, executive assistants and administrative professionals.
- Perform data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database.
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
- Identifies and escalates improvement suggestions to internal talent management processes and tools.
- Participates in projects or practice areas within Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Identifies and shares better ways to use technology to perform work tasks and leads initiatives in process improvement

**Requirements**:

- 12 months + of administrative support experience with experience as a recruiting coordinator working within either Agency or in-house
- Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Proven capability to work independently and on a cross-site team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills
- Professional appearance, outlook, and attitude
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
- Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Willingness to work flexible hours due to varying needs within the recruiting organization
