**The role**

The Health Claims Area are responsible for the handling of health/disability/death claims requiring the gathering of supporting medical evidence, assessment of that evidence and making a claims decision based on the evidence collated & the cover provided by the customer’s policy/policies.

In this role as a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service to our customers during one of the most difficult times in their lives. You will provide administrative support to the Claims Assessors, which will include issuing claim forms, chasing outstanding requirements, paying third party fees, report analysis and processing benefit payments.

**This role is in scope of the transformation of our Reassure business by 2026.**

We are extending our existing strategic partnership with the leading IT services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This means that over the next three years, we’ll be moving our customers to a new technology platform. As well as this, we’ll transition **some roles **over to TCS’s UK subsidiary, Diligenta. This role is in scope of this work which means initially you will be employed by Phoenix Group and over time your role will transition to Diligenta. Your recruiter will explain more about this during the recruitment process.
