Successful Law firm are currently looking for a Debt Recovery Administrator.

You will be working as part of a small proactive and responsive Debt Recovery team to provide a broad range of administrative support to assist in the recovery of clients and the firms debts.

Key responsibilities:
To provide an efficient, effective, confidential and client focused administration support service to the Debt Recovery team.

To support the team in the delivery of its objectives demonstrating a “can do” attitude and adopting a flexible and resourceful approach.

To undertake a range of tasks (not exhaustive) to support the department including day to day tasks such as data entry, document creation, using excel spreadsheets, diary management, electronic and manual filing and distribution of information.

To assist with the Debt Recovery process including (but not limited to):

- Participating in obtaining new instructions from clients_
- Entering all new debts and pass for processing_
- Issue of Claim Forms / Judgement / Enforcement_
- Monitoring and collecting instalment payments_
- Processing payments received_

To produce computer generated reports to ensure proceedings and procedures have been correctly followed and to check accuracy of information.
To diarise, review and follow up proceedings as necessary
To assist Debt Recovery Manager as and when required and work as part of the Debt Recovery team
To prepare monthly reports as required for both internal and external client purposes
To open, close and archive all new files.
To undertake bill chasing as appropriate
To ensure invoices are raised and issued as appropriate
