**Job Requirements**

As a customer service executive, you will need to be able to.
- Daily order entry
- Identify, assess and exceed customers’ expectations
- Demonstrate the ability to upsell on orders, substitute and recommend alternatives
- To be the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries and issues
- Provide accurate valid and complete information
- Maintain and build, strong sustainable relationships with customers, through openness, honesty and integrity

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to carry out a range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Able to enter verbal orders onto a system quickly, able to touch type

- It would be advantageous but not essential to have knowledge of healthcare sectors and products, full training will be given
