**Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a new challenge?**

Reed Education are currently working with exceptional secondary schools in the London borough of Tower Hamlet to manage their recruitment and supply service. This service will support Early Years provisions, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools withinthe Borough with a variety of roles relating to Education from teaching, teaching assistant, tutor, cover supervisor to all non-classroom-based roles.

We are looking for a vibrant, dedicated Learning Support Assistants who are seeking to join our secondary schools and make a difference in children’s lives. As an LSA, you will be working alongside teachers and other teaching assistants in the special provisionto support children in their attainment and progress.

**ROLE**:

- Required to work across secondary level key stages.
- Working with class teachers to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or classes on or off site.
- Recording and monitoring pupils’ progress.
- Being an asset to the teacher and motivate pupils.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience across KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Be flexible and adaptable to work across the secondary age range and in collaboration with other members of staff
