Exciting news We are hiring an admin assistant to join our amazing team at Northfield House Carehome in Stroud.

If you have admin experience, are highly organised, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease, then this is the perfect opportunity for you

The role is part-time, 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, at £11.50 per hour.

As an admin assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our care home, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting our friendly team in day-to-day operations.

Job requirements:

- A Good solid knowledge of operating computers including Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to enter data and maintain information on a Database such as a CRM
- Good organisational skills, prioritising work load accurate record keeping and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and confident telephone skills - ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally in relation to the business
- Ability to adapt day to day in busy working environment where distractions occur and daily tasks can change depending on circumstances.

**Job Type**: Part-time
