**Finance Officer (Rents)**

**Chippenham**

**Salary - £25,000 - £31,300 per annum - depending on skills and experience**

**Contract type - Permanent**

**Working hours - Full Time (37 hours per week)**

**About the role**

You will provide accurate and timely rent services are delivered in order that the Group maximises income collection and cost efficiency.

You must meet the needs of the business in providing rent services, and regulation and legislation compliance.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.**

**About you**

AAT or Qualified by experience (desirable or working towards)

You must have understanding of general income and debtors cycle.

You must be able to achieve deadlines in a pressurised environment.

You must be able to adjust to new business environments, be a fast learner and work with a broad range of staff in a wide-ranging business and culture.

You need to have experience of, or the ability to understand, housing related systems including. accounting packages, development appraisal systems etc.
