**Are you a passionate receptionist with a love of animals who is ready for a new challenge and to join a new team? We require a Customer Experience Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional service and care to our clients and their pets at The Vet, Warrington. This could be the perfect role for you**

Flexible hours available

**This role will involve**:

- Greeting and registering new customers.
- Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries.
- Ensuring correct medicine is being given out according to the Vet’s prescription.
- Managing customer expectations regarding wait time.
- Administration duties e.g. scanning in paperwork, filling in forms etc.
- Taking payments.
- Promoting offers and services.
- Help wherever needed with animal restraint or animal care.

Our clinics are some of the best around. The space and facilities enable us to treat a wide range of cases, allowing more animals and their humans enjoy a quality life together.

All our clinics and facilities are purpose-built, giving you everything you need to deliver exceptional service under one roof. Each clinic has an expansive reception area, with separate dog and cat seating areas. The surgery has its own separate dental, x-ray, lab and ultrasound suites. Each also has at least two operating theatres, six consulting rooms and an open, spacious prep area, as well as separate dog and cat recovery wards and walk-in isolation. We also have a cosy and comfortable staff room where you can relax during breaks and enjoy your free lunch each Friday.

**About you**
- Previous customer service experience working within a fast-paced environment (essential).
- Previous Veterinary experience (desirable).
- Proven track record of maintaining good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and stay focused under pressure.
- Outstanding telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
