Our public sector client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their Construction Services planning team; helping to deliver a customer focused service. You will be working within a supportive team environment, within a busy workingenvironment.

This role is initially a long-term temporary position, with the potential for a permanent vacancy to arise.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Initially based out of the Carlton depot, you will have the possibility of working from home once training is completed

Main duties:

- Electronically schedule, allocate, and dispatch work to operatives
- Work to resolve complaints and queries from customers
- Ensure emergency repairs are completed within agreed timescales
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing independently with both internal and external customers within a fast-paced environment

Personal specification:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working for an organisation who has a customer service delivery
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Resilient - able to deal with setbacks in a positive attitude
- Organised with an ability to take ownership of the management of your workload ensuring deadlines are met
- Adaptable - able to pick up new systems
