This is a diverse and exciting role for a Maintenance Assistant to cover a range of properties managed by the Company.
Good knowledge in all aspects of internal and external construction is required, such as:
- Partitioning (essential)
- Carpentry (essential)
- Plumbing (desirable)
- Electrical (desirable)
**What are we looking for?**
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- A clean driving licence
- Willing to travel and work away from home as required
**Where are we based?**
The role will be based at our Chesterfield Office and will require travel to other properties we manage.
**What are the working hours?**
8.30am - 5.00pm
