Responsibilities of a Junior Property Consultant / Entry-Level Real Estate Negotiator

The primary focus of this position is to generate and schedule property valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, finalize sales, and facilitate the sales process through to completion. You will also be maximizing opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Required skills and experience for a successful Junior Property Consultant / Entry-Level Real Estate Negotiator

Ideally, a background in sales Capable of driving new business in a target-oriented setting Exceptional customer care / service experience Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-focused Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems) A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
