We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
- Manage sales diaries for appointments and travel to all sites within the designated sales hub area as required.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all Bovis Homes and Linden Homes sites, house types, and plots available to ensure customers are offered a bespoke choice of sales and purchase options.
- Work closely with site teams to understand build progress and provide customer information to sites and communicate clearly with customers.
- Proactively manage and follow the sales process as set out in the Sales induction training and development procedure guide with every customer.
- Demonstrate effective team working skills with others within the sales team and across the business.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
- Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional sales results.
- Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication and handling complaints and difficult situations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
