This is a part time, permanent position working 20 hours per week.

Hybrid working available following the successful completion of the probation period.

Competitive salary.

Duties will include:

- Processing employee’s wages
- Maintaining payroll records
- Ensuring processes and procedures follow current regulations
- Responding and resolving queries from clients relating to payroll and pension
- Calculating wages and deductions
- Liaising with HMRC
- Setting up and processing new employee’s
- Checking of hours and calculating overtime and holiday pay
- Administering of accurate records for new starters and leavers
- Assisting with Auto Enrolment Pension procedures
- Must have experience using SAGE 50 Payroll
- Show strong teamwork and communication skills
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Attention to detail, the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience of working in a payroll Bureau on payrolls for multiple employers is preferable
