The Head of CGT Operations will lead and supervise QuickSTAT LHR CGT Customer Service & Operational activities, ensuring unwavering compliance with company policies. Collaborate closely with UK & Global Operations and Sales Management to elevate client satisfaction to new heights. Inspire and empower UK branch teams to passionately drive the CGT operational strategy, consistently meeting QuickSTAT CGT customers' needs while championing a culture of unparalleled customer service throughout the organisation.
** Your Role **:The Head of CGT Operations will forge, cultivate, and elevate partnerships with third-party suppliers essential to the CGT supply chain, fostering growth and innovation. Thrive on understanding industry demands and strategically position QuickSTAT to propel the Advanced Therapy industry forward, aligning current strengths with future growth opportunities. Serve as the driving force internally, fostering commercial expansion, while externally contributing to the evolution of clinical and commercially viable supply chains within the industry.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead specialised CGT Business Support Unit
- Manage Customer Relationship Managers & dedicated Agents
- Ensure ongoing Operations-Customer Service communication for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement customer service policies/procedures
- Continuously develop relationships with existing customers, proposing tailored business solutions
- Manage all Client consignments effectively, including out-of-business-hours handovers to QuickSTAT OOH teams
- Define and maintain customer service standards; oversee achievement
- Review and track resolution of customer complaints; ensure data accuracy and implement improvement strategies

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Specialist (CGT) Courier Operations Experience
- Customer Services Management Experience
- Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
- Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
- Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products
- Negotiation and problem solving skills and ability to motivate and lead a team
- Industry Management / Senior Management Experience ensuring ability to in act all tasks / responsibilities listed above.
