The owner of a renowned fish and seafood restaurant is seeking a **Head Chef** to push forward the already outstanding reputation of the restaurant which serves Michelin standard dishes. The restaurant is busy all year round serving locals anddestination visitors with the dishes on the menus being created using fresh seasonally changing fish and shellfish. This is a hands on role and you will be leading from the front, this job will give you an opportunity to put your own ideas and dishes on themenu and make your mark. As Head Chef you will ensure the junior members of the team are prepared for service, the standard of the dishes produced are as expected and that service times run smoothly whilst also maintaining the paperwork and GPs.
