The owner of a busy village pub near Doncaster is seeking a **Head Chef** to be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen at the property. The pub offers all day dining including al fresco dining and serves Modern British gastropub style dishes that are created with fresh ingredients. The pub has a good reputation in the area and as Head Chef you will be expected to ensure that this reputation is maintained whilst also building new business. As this is a busy property with a smallteam the Head Chef role is very 'Hands On' especially during service time.

**Requirements**:
This would be an ideal role for a Head Chef who has been working in respected volume fresh food pubs where you were cooking gastro style pub meals. The ability to work well under pressure with knowledge of all sections in the kitchen when leading a smallteam is essential.
