**Employment Senior Associate Solicitor / Partner - Manchester - up to £150,000 - REF 500145**

**The Role**

Superb opportunity to join an established, national, top 200 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

The firm is highly regarded for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial work. They feature regularly in the top law firms to work for and have excellent staff retention rates.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s
**Employment department,** it is now seeking to appoint an
**Employment Senior Associate / Partner** to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

**of 2 - 8 years Post Qualified Experience** and experience handling a varied caseload of
**Employment matters** including queries for senior employees issues, some directors duty and incentive claims law, as well as some reputation management/crisis management. You will also assist with strategic problem solving and helping to build the practice through relationship management.

The team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of Employment Law and tribunal claims.

- **Employment Senior Associate with a least 6 years Post Qualified Experience.**:

- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
