Employment Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Employment Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate to join our award-winning Employment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation in a broad range of Employment matters, including:

  • Contract Negotiations
  • Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures
  • Termination of Employment
  • HR Advisory Services
  • Discrimination Claims
  • Settlement Agreements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-6 years of PQE experience in Employment law
  • Strong knowledge of Employment law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
