Senior Employment Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Associate to join our successful health employment team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice to a broad range of healthcare clients across the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sound, pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law, including drafting employment documents, advising on maternity/paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Manage a caseload and provide transactional support to clients.
  • Build and maintain client and internal relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (In England & Wales).
  • Proven experience supporting an employment team, with a strong understanding of clients' needs and expectations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility in approach and willingness to work outside normal office hours if needed.
