Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Senior Associate to join our successful Health Employment Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice to a broad range of healthcare clients across the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including drafting employment documents, advising on maternity/paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Handle high-profile employment tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work.
  • Support clients such as NHS England, NHS Trusts, GP practices, private hospital groups, and other healthcare service providers.
  • Provide flexibility in approach and willingness to work outside normal office hours if needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment law, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
