Brook Street are currently recruiting for Senior Administrators to work for a government client based in Swindon.
The client offers a hybrid working model, working 3 days in the office & 2 days at home.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday, 0900-1700.
Rate of pay is £13.36 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment for 3 months, with a possibility of an extension.
Main duties include:
- Assisting the team with any queries & promoting good working practices
- Ensure team are meeting agreed time frames for tasks
- Actively participate in events & workshops with internal & external stakeholders
Skills & Experience required:
- Previous experience in managing a team
- Previous experience in working in an administrative role
- Good organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage activity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written,
