We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to become our full/part-time Secretary/Administrator, based in our head office in Swindon, Wiltshire. This role offers a degree of autonomy and the chance to make a real impact within the company.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will handle a range of administrative duties, including organising and filing paperwork, maintaining filling systems, scheduling appointments and assisting with purchase orders and ledgers. You will also be responsible for general office management and providing support to the Directors and managerial staff as needed.

To be successful in this role you should have prior experience in a similar position and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word. Strong organisational skills are required along with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. You should also have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to maintain tact, discretion and confidentiality with important matters.

**Typical Duties Will Include**:

- Front of house.
- First point of contact with telephone calls to office.
- Photocopy, scan and print various documents.
- Organise and file paperwork/ computer-based information appropriately.
- Maintain filling systems for office, physical and digital.
- Oversee office diary and arrange appointments.
- Assist with purchase order systems and ledgers with relevant staff.
- Sort and distribute incoming post and send outgoing post.
- General office management.
- General administration duties for Directors and senior staff as required.
- Research work on housing market with Director.

**Experience and skills required**:

- Prior experience in similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package, word, excel and outlook mainly.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Pro-active with queries.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and able to meet deadlines.
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Excellent English Communication Skills, Written & Verbal.
- Reliability and integrity.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
