**The Vacancy**

The Multi Tenure Intern will be working within our Re-lets Department of The Property Rental team. As part of the internship, you will learn from within the following fields - Tenant Attraction, Onboarding, Tenancy Management, Property Management, Customer and Client Relationships. McCarthy Stone currently manage a portfolio of over 1000 rental units and you will be involved in supporting the delivery of operational excellence to our customers and Investor clients.

The Project:
The successful intern will be required to carry out a project during the 8-week programme. This project will be a live task and will have wide ranging input and benefits for multiple areas of the rental business.

The project aim is to identify efficiencies and solutions that will lead to a quicker time to let for any properties that become Void (empty) after existing tenancies have ended.

**The Internship Programme**:
McCarthy Stone’s internship programme will provide you with the opportunity to gain first class industry experience while earning a competitive salary. Taking part in our intern programme will enable you to add practical experience to your CV and will ensure you have a deep understanding of our business and how we operate.

Alongside your role, you will be part of a cohort of interns that will enable you to start building your professional network. There will be Learning and Development opportunities to get involved with throughout your internship, including insight and skills sessions and ‘lunch and learns‘ on key business topics.

The 8-week summer internship programme will run between 3rd July - 25th August 2023.

**About You**

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Studying towards a degree or other further education course in Business Administration, Business Studies, Estates Management or similar.
- 3 x A Levels
- GCSE’s in English and Maths

**You will be**:

- Full UK driving licence with access to a car is preferable, but travel expenses will be provided when travelling to other offices / locations.
