**About the role**:
**Are you passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional service? If you are, then we want to hear from you **In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Call Centre Leader and have a team of Patient Service Coordinators, who coordinate, at the highest standard, delivery of medical supplies to circa 100,000 patients across the UK. You will need to motivate and manage the end to end performance of the team, exceeding Customer and Patient expectations at every opportunity to ensure success. You will be a strong promoter of the operational performance of Patients Services internally and actively collaborate with other operational leads to achieve solutions.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and support a team of Contact Centre Coordinator performance, ensuring they meet KPIs and quality standards.
- Maintain smooth daily operations, striving for excellence while prioritising patient needs.
- Foster the growth and development of your team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with data regulations.
- Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance patient care.
