Healthy Family Team Leader

We are currently looking for a full time Healthy Family Team Leader to lead our Harlow Healthy Family Team.
As a Health Family Team Leader, you'll be working as part of The Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service and leading an operational team of integrated professionals to deliver a high-quality service focused on outcomes, having been commissioned by Essex County Council.
The service, which is provided by HCRG Care Group in partnership with Barnardo's, ensures that families continue to have easy access to local services, but staff are also able to reach children and families in the community, whether in a local Family Hub, play area or in a family's front room. This flexible and innovative way of working is about providing services without walls and ensuring those families who need support the most are easily reached.

- Parenting and School Readiness interventions
- Support for ages 0-19
**Main Responsibilities**:
As a_ _Healthy Family Team Leader_,_ you will provide overall operational management of the integrated care services within the Harlow South Team for the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service (Pre-birth to 19). The post holder will work with the Head of Service to ensure effective integration and support to deliver high quality and effective care.
- The post holder will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team, which includes Health Visitors, School Nurses, and Family Support Practitioners/Assistants.
- To lead and develop the successful delivery of the District Family Hub (previously known as Children's Centre's)
- To take responsibility for the leadership, and the reporting of relevant contractual requirements, internal and external KPI's and to raise and act on non-compliance as appropriate.
- To develop effective working relationships with the wider community including Education, Early Years Settings, GPs and other Health, Social Care and Voluntary Sector professionals operating within the area supported by the local integrated care system (ICS).
- Through high quality care and support, ensure positive outcomes are achieved for families, children and young people living in the Harlow District.
**_Have you been a Leader or a Manager within a Children's Centre, Early Help or other Health and Social Care organisation?_**:
We are looking for a **confident,** **experienced** leader who is in possession of, or working towards, an appropriate management skills qualification. This is a great opportunity for a **passionate** individual who is looking to work within an integrated service that is transforming the way children and families receive support.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel.
This role is based in the West Essex locality, working in and around the Harlow area.
A valid driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role.
The interview date will be Tuesday 19th April.
- As per NHS guidance this role will require successful applicants to evidence immunisations or immunity for MMR and Chicken Pox. This is due to the clinical focus of some tasks and the requirement to work with vulnerable families, young people and children. _
- The roles within this service will also require the successful applicant to wear PPE including the wearing of a protective mask, to follow social distancing rules as stated within the current NHS guidelines and to remain compliant with any future mandatory requirements introduced by the Government/NHS._
