Field Sales Representative

I have partnered with an engineering/ construction company who are looking to recruit a field sales representative in line with their continued growth across the UK.
This is predominantly an ‘on the road’ role promoting the brand and achieving set sales targets through new and existing customers. Covering mainly South East and touching on East Anglia and South West
Field Sales Representative Role and Responsibilities include:
- Speak to existing/lapsed customers to discuss business needs and generate sales
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure future growth on accounts
- Provide industry insight and relevant information/ USP’s to customers to aid further sales
- Account management on existing accounts with aid to grow
- Approach lapsed customers with an aim to convert previous quotations.
Skillset and experience required for the field sales representative include:
- A high-level of self-motivation and motivation to develop a career
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels as well as present
- Driven to exceed sales targets
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Previous technical sales experience
- Tech savvy
- Ambition is the key
