Sheridan Maine is pleased to partner our esteemed Bristol based client who is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant.

**Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Allocate and record all payments received.
- Dealing with and solving queries efficiently. Liaise with other internal departments as required.
- Review and reconcile payments monthly.
- Manage the purchase ledger and payment of suppliers.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the internal and external audits.
- Undertake ad-hoc analysis where required.

**The successful Accounts Assistant**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
