We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to help the Finance Department in the day-to-day and transactional processes.

To be successful within this role, you'll need to be able to demonstrate to have excellent numeracy and organisation skills, with desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, credit notes and payments accurately and within timelines
- Completion of supplier reconciliation
- Dealing with creditors
- Process staff expenses claims
- Allocating fees and costs using our case management system
- Additional reports when required

Experience & Skills Required
- Good MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Problem solver who takes initiative and has a strong attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (both orally and in writing) and to build effective working relationships internally and externally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: One location
