Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting a successful and ambitious financial services firm with the recruitment of an IFA Administrator to be based in their Bishops Stortford office.

With ideally a previous background working within a similar industry, the role will support an Independent Financial Advisor and a Senior Paraplanner.

Duties will include;
- Managing all the calls into the office, taking messages or assisting as required
- Updating and liaising between clients and colleagues
- Retrieving new and historic information about individual clients
- Ensuring records are up to date of written or electronic communication with colleagues, clients and third parties
- Obtain information to assist with the creation of financial reports
- Creating and presenting letters to Financial Advisers
- Compliance duties
- Acquiring information on processes in business, tax and any other fields that could benefit the client
- Carrying out duties in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
- Keeping up to date with market changes
- Overseeing the office management ie ordering of office supplies

With working from home 1-2 days a week after probation, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a passionate and professional team. There is progression available depending on your own aspirations and opportunities to study and gain finance qualifications.

**Skills required**:

- Background within financial services industry desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people from clients to other staff members in a respectful manner
- Ability to prioritise work and manage own workload efficiently
- Attention to detail
