**Job Title: IFA Administrator (Part time)**
**Location: Bishop’s Stortford**
**Salary: £14 per hour (depending on experience)**
**Term: Permanent**
**Hours: 3 days per week (school hours).**
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their small, but well established Financial Planning company. If you have IFA administrator experience and you’re looking for a part time, hybrid role, I would love to hear from you.
**The Role of IFA Administrator**:
- Liaising with product providers, clients, and client representatives as and when required.
- Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports and letters.
- To produce accurate Annual Review Packs for Financial Advisers and process associated tasks.
- Assist Paraplanners with:
- Basic advice events, such as fund switches and investment withdrawals / contributions.
- Type letters and draft routine correspondence.
- General office administration including collecting post, scanning and distributing
- Arranging Advisers Diary for client meetings / updating Client Servicing Register
- Knowledge of Income Reconciliation ideal
**To be considered for the role of IFA Administrator**:
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Familiar with Quilter and Transact platforms.
- Good team player
- Good Written and Commination skills
- Highly Organised - ability to work from home
- Previous IFA Administrator experience
- Able to exercise initiative.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- A natural ability with numbers, and a basic understanding of investments & Pensions.
- Must have good attention to detail when working with client files.
- You must be able to drive and live locally to Bishop’s Stortford
**The Package for IFA Administrator**:
**Salary**: £14 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 3 days per week (school hours).

20 day holiday (excluding bank holidays) (pro rata)
