Entertainment & Cx Executive

Join TUI BLUE & Hotel Concepts and work alongside the Entertainment and CX team to plan, execute and performance manage operations for winter and summer programmes of the Fitness & Leisure areas. You will assist with co-ordination of all projects including entertainment logistics, training, programme development and the standards alignment across our international concepts.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- As part of the Entertainment & CX delivery team, you will work closely with our third-party suppliers to build on and create an international entertainment programme suitable for our TUI Blue customers. You will ensure all staffing, rehearsals, support materials & programmes are signed off, within set budget and delivered within agreed timeframe. You will also support the day-to-day operations for all leisure activities of the units.
- Reporting into the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager you will oversee the resort day to operations for all areas of entertainment & leisure. Being the daily contact between resort & HQ and regularly liaising with resort management and 3rd parties to ensure an aligned message and operation. You will also be the main contact between the team and TUI MM and placements, ensuring all vacant positions are filled as a priority within your TUI remit.
- You will identify any current trends within the industry and propose future trials and concept ideas to take forward to senior management with a clear business case & budget proposal. You will ensure standards are kept high throughout the seasons by regular resort visits to assess the entertainment teams, meeting with resort management and delivering additional training support to the teams in resort where required. Always ensuring that there is a consistent level of delivery within your TUI remit and that we are consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations.
- With the support of the wider training team, you will be required to plan, manage, and attend entertainment & leisure training courses for TUI team members. Working alongside our suppliers, managing delegate numbers, budgets and planning all content, itineraries & delivery.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent knowledge of Group differentiated products and their target segments.
- Experience within entertainment in creative content, resort delivery & operations management.
- An open-minded person who can balance future planning with operational requirements.
- At least two years’ experience working in overseas operations, including hotels & accommodation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Customer focused mindset and ability to interpret a variety of customer insights.
- Action orientated, consistently delivers against targets and proactively seeks opportunities for improvement.
- A self-motivated individual who can work on own initiative and collaboratively to deliver results.
- A skilled communicator, with the confidence to proven ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong team player.
- Ability to articulate concepts and arguments verbally and in written documentation.
- English both written & spoken.
- An international capability working with multiple customers and stakeholders across a range of source markets is desirable.
This role may require international travel.
**This is a fixed term maternity position 12 months.**
