**Key responsibilities**
- Answering a high-volume of telephone calls from the existing customer base
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service e.g., arranging collections, issuing credits, tracking orders
- Liaising with our warehouse, other departments, and key partners, as well as customers
- Contacting existing or potential customers to inform them about products and promotions
- General office duties as required

**What the employer is looking for**
- 1 year + office based customer service and admin experience
- Have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
- Enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to work well within a team and independently
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Be hardworking and dedicated
- Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
